Subscribers get perks and VIP benefits such as discounts, free unlimited exchanges, the best seats available in the house, and subscriber-rate discounts for friends!
Exchanges
You may exchange your tickets up to two hours before show time by calling the Box Office. You may exchange your tickets online up to 7 days before show time (see below). Most exchanges are free, but upgrade charges may apply.

Online Exchanges
You may exchange your tickets online up to 7 days before your performance date. For all other exchanges, please contact the Box Office at 415.677.9596. To perform an online exchange, log in to your account here using the email address you used to purchase your subscription. If it is your first time logging in, you may need to reset your password.

 

Note: Online exchanges are only valid for tickets within the same price tier. Please contact the Box Office if you would like to move to another price tier.

FlexPass
After purchasing your FlexPass, you will receive a unique code by email. Please make a note of this code, you can use it online to book your tickets. Remember, you can use your tickets for any person on any show date, except Opening Nights.
Booking your FlexPass tickets

As a FlexPass subscriber, you can book online 24 hours a day! Here’s how:

  1. Click here and select your desired show, date, time, and seating as though you were purchasing tickets.
  2. When you arrive at the checkout screen, enter your unique FlexPass Code into the “Enter Code” field, just like you might with a promotional code on any site.
  3. You’ll be prompted to ‘apply’ your FlexPasses to each ticket, click the check box next to each one. This will eliminate all ticket costs and fees. If it asks for Credit Card information, something didn’t go correctly.
  4. Select whether you’d like tickets at “Will-Call” (waiting at the theatre) or E-ticket (print at home or save to mobile)
  5. Complete your transaction by clicking “purchase”.

You’ll receive an email confirmation, plus a reminder a few days before your show date.

Seat Assignments
For Preview and Day-of-the-Week Subscribers, the Box Office Manager will assign your seats based on the options and information provided at checkout. You will receive a separate email containing your dates, with printable tickets, once seating has been finalized.

Q. How do “Day-of-the-Week” subscriptions work?

A: The box office will assign a specific week during the run based on availability, seat preference and other factors. Remember, you can always exchange your tickets for no additional charges (Upgrade fees may apply). Just call the box office to exchange your tickets if a specific day doesn’t work for you. See below for information about online exchanges.

Q: When I subscribe, can I sit with my friends?

A: As a subscriber, you can request to be seated with their friends. Just write down your friends FULL Name on the subscription form on in the “note” filed for online transactions, and we’ll make our best effort to accommodate  your seating request!

Tickets
Once the Box Office Manager has finalized your seating, you will receive an email with printable tickets. If you would like printed tickets mailed to you, do not print these tickets at home. Any unprinted tickets will be mailed to you in early August.

Q. What should I do if I lose or misplace my ticket?

A: If you lose or misplace your tickets, just ask for a reprint at the Box Office window or call the Box Office (415-677-9596 Tues-Sat, 1pm to 6pm) before your performance date and we will be happy to provide replacements. Replacement tickets will be available for pick up at Will-Call the day of the performance.

Q. What if I miss the performance?

A: Tickets are non-refundable. If you will be unable to attend the performance, you may exchange your tickets up to two hours before show time by calling the Box Office or by exchanging your tickets online up to 7 days before show time.
