Heather (she, her) is flabbergasted that she thought it would be a good idea to take on an eight-shows-a-week schedule while also holding down a full-time job as associate director of marketing at Berkey Repertory Theatre, but here she is, making her San Francisco Playhouse debut! She did a bunch of shows a million years ago around the Bay Area, including Pride and Prejudice (Theatre Works Silicon Valley), Sweeney Todd (Hillbarn Theatre & Conservatory), Sister Act (Broadway by the Bay, Berkeley Playhouse), Passion (Custom Made Theatre Co.), Anything Goes (42nd Street Moon), and Jesus Christ Superstar (Ray of Light Theatre). She’s been nominated for eight San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle awards (winning six) and seven TBA Awards (winning three), but honestly the highlight of her career remains the time she had to tell a young Zendaya to stop waving her half-eaten Snickers bar at a castmate with a known peanut allergy.
