Joel (he, him) is so excited to be back at the Playhouse after previously performing here in A Chorus Line. Recent Bay Area credits include Mame (42nd Street Moon) The Tempest (San Francisco Shakespeare Festival), Macbeth and Julius Caesar Twisted (Marin Shakespeare Company), and Peter Pan (Presidio Theatre). Some favorite roles include Moritz in Spring Awakening and Jack in Into the Woods (Hoogland Center) Cathy in The Last 5 Years and CB in Dog Sees Dog (Pipe Dreams Studio Theatre). Recent on-screen credits include Take Me There, Under the Lights, The Scenic Route, and commercials with Pegasus Solar and Exo Inc. Joel earned a BA in theatre from Millikin University and an MFA in acting from Academy of Art University. When not performing, Joel is a teaching artist, a social media associate, and can be seen drinking a good coffee. He thanks the whole team for this special project and to the people that push him to be a better artist and a better human. “This one’s for you!”
