REMAINS TO BE SEEN

by Kate Hawley
Directed by Tiiu Eva Rebane

Every five years a group of friends reunites. But are old friends really friends? Or are they just old habits drained, over the years, of any genuine fondness or rapport? And how well do we really know our old friends? Our assumptions about people we think we know well may be dramatically out of date. Clare and Jack are hosting a reunion of old friends from their university drama department days. Now in their early fifties, they have experienced the death of a spouse, the readjustment of ambitions, the discovery of a new slant on love—and a brush with the Me Too movement. Good actors as they may have been, they can’t prevent the truth of their lives from making an appearance.
