We can’t be up and running every night, so let us know if you’d like to put on a show of your own!
STAGE 2
50 seat black box theater
Approximate specs: 18 ft. width x 17 ft. depth x 11 ft. height
Long term rentals preferred with preference given to renters interested in four weeks or more. Minimum of three nights per week, 6pm – 11pm. Possible Saturday matinees upon approval. Stage 2 is not available on Sunday evenings.
Long term rental rates:
Shows: $250/show (use of space beginning at 6pm)
Rehearsal: $20/hr (use of space before 6pm)
Load-in: $18/hr
Tech rehearsal: $25/hr
*Lightboard available – operator training is required for an additional fee.
Single-night rentals on Mondays ONLY
Show: $250
Staged reading: $200
Rehearsal: $20/hr
Stage 2 is also available for daytime rental and certain individual evenings.

MAINSTAGE
100 seat Proscenium Theater
Must work around the existing set that is on the stage
Available for rehearsal during weekday daytime hours, and shows on Sunday and Monday nights.
Be part of “Solo Sundays”! Solo artists are invited to rent our 100 seat Mainstage theatre to put up their shows on select Sunday and/or Monday nights.
Shows: $250/show
Staged reading: $200/reading
Rehearsal: $20/hr
