New seats, cushions, carpeting, and more at 450 Post Street
It finally happened. As we get ready to celebrate our 20th Season, and our tenth in our current beautiful auditorium at 450 Post Street, we are thrilled to introduce our new comfortable seats and other much-needed improvements at our venue.
New red seat cushions and carpeting at San Francisco Playhouse.
The Playhouse’s iconic red seats received beautiful new cushions and upholstery, making them infinitely more comfortable while retaining their original charm.
The trusty red carpets in the auditorium got an overhaul, too. The worn red rugs have been replaced by bright crimson carpeting, lined by new lighting to guide the way to your seat.
We didn’t stop there. You’ll notice that the lobby got a facelift, too! Gone is the stained gray-blue carpet, and in its place is a beautiful new blue-and-gold leopard print rug.
When Inner Circle members step into the Nancy Blair Lounge, they’ll see beautiful new furniture, a new purple carpet, and an updated paint job. These colors really make the room sing!
