Joseph has been performing on stages throughout the Bay Area for just over a decade and is finally getting around to working with San Francisco Playhouse. Most recently, he played Henry Y. Huang (HYH) in Yellow Face with Shotgun Players. Among his most cherished experiences are playing Jack in Aunt Jack (New Conservatory Theatre Center), Resten in The Language Archive (Masquers Playhouse), Chin in Flower Drum Song (Palo Alto Players), and Bobby in Company (City College of San Francisco). Off stage, Joseph enjoys swimming laps, heritage tourism, and quietly pondering the art of Swedish death cleaning. He was born, raised, and still lives in San Francisco, and shares his home with his 19-year old cat, Malcolm.
