Jillian (she, her) is ecstatic to be returning to San Francisco Playhouse after playing Bebe here in A Chorus Line. She grew up on this “loverly” story, and is especially grateful to be telling it in her beloved hometown. Favorite regional credits include Anya in Anastasia (Hillbarn Theatre & Conservatory), Erma in Anything Goes (42nd Street Moon), Helga in Cabaret (Center REP), Adriana in The Comedy of Errors (SPARC Theater), Olive (Alternate) in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Theatre Works Silicon Valley), and Jamie in The Last Five Years (Barestage Productions). Jillian trained in ballet at the Bolshoi Academy in Moscow, and earned her BA in computer science and theatre from the University of California, Berkeley. “Eternal gratitude to Bill, Nicole, Dave, this tremendous cast & crew, my family, Julie Andrews, and hot tea!” @jillians_1 | jillian-a-smith.com
