Catherine (she, they) is making her San Francisco Playhouse debut. They are a founding member of The Director’s Theatre/ Writer’s Theatre in London, where she has devised and performed on stage, on radio, and in film. She is also a resident artist at Crowded Fire Theater. Catherine’s recent roles include Teddy in Arsenic and Old Lace (Center REP), the Queen in Cymbeline (San Francisco Shakespeare Festival), Empress Matilda in The Anarchy Quartet (EXIT Theater), Ross in Macbeth, Lady Grey, Queen and Winchester in The War of the Roses (California Shakespeare Theater), and Angela in The Jungle (Curran Theatre, a co-production with The National Theatre, The Young Vic Theatre and Good Chance Theatres). Catherine is a proud member of Actors’ Equity Association. They studied theatre at Studio A.C.T. and Shakespeare at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. “More Joy!” @luedtkecat | catluedtke.com
