
Brittany is thrilled to return to San Francisco Playhouse, where she played DeDe Okafor in Nollywood Dreams. A Bay Area native, she earned her BA in theatre arts from California State University, Sacramento. She won the Shellie Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Play in 2020 for her role as Mary in ReproRights. She recently played Beverly Jenkins in Chicken & Biscuits at African-American Shakespeare Company (AASC). Some of her favorite roles include: The Woman/Abioseh in Les Blancs (Oakland Theatre Project), Paulina in The Winter’s Tale and Lady in Green in Four Colored Girls (AASC), Averie in the regional premiere of Dot (New Conservatory Theatre Center), and Wanda in Crowns (Contra Costa Civic Theatre). Brittany thanks her mom, fiancĂ©, and family for their love and support. She dedicates this performance to her sister Tiffany, who is “a true baller, scholar and now a doctor!”
